Deep Water Pump

You can pump the water from a deep up to a surface.

It does consume a lot of energy so it's better to use Water Wheel as a power source.

But it can be quite important to have an option to direct water exactly where you need it.

For example to grow rice you need it to be under water between 10-40%. It's hard to do such stable level when you build the field next to a river stream.
