Platforms

You can use the platforms to build paths accross water or deep areas.

You characters can build platforms even from a higher ground so that you can make a path for them across deep valleys.

Pick the platforms from the menu and place them from the bottom up one on each other.

Belts and most of the buildings can be placed on the platforms.

Platforms protect your factories from being destroyed by floods caused by rain.

To go over the gaps you can also use bridge but you can't build anything on it.
